- interglobalmed coordinates medical assistance and health tourism in Türkiye: opening the case, dealing with the hospital and the physician, running the financial approval, arranging travel and accommodation, and following the file until it closes.
- Who provides the clinical service
- Medical care is provided by the hospital and the treating team, and clinical decisions belong to them. interglobalmed does not provide medical care, does not diagnose and does not decide on treatment.
- Contact
- The phone line and the email address are published on the contact page. For an open case, use the phone line.
- Complaints and appeals
- Complaints about the coordination are made through the channels on the contact page; written submissions are logged and answered in writing. Complaints about the medical care itself are directed to the healthcare provider that delivered it.
