Health data is special category data under Turkish law. This page states the rule we work by; the notice and consent texts are pending legal approval.

- Reports, imaging, diagnoses and treatment information are special category personal data under Turkish law and carry a higher standard of protection. That is why this site collects no medical documents.
- How to send a medical file
- Ordinary email is not a safe channel for this. Call us or send a short note first, and we will send you a secure upload link. That first message should contain no patient name, no diagnosis and no report.
- Who receives the file, and why
- A transferred file is opened only by the coordinator running the case and by the healthcare provider that will deliver the treatment, and only to plan and run that treatment. The insurer receives only what the guarantee of payment requires.
